Edward Kim vigorously and fervently advocates on behalf of all medical providers, groups and institutions he represents, tirelessly working towards each client’s specific goals and desired outcomes while remaining emphatic to their cares and concerns.

Working cases from inception through resolution, Edward skillfully employs motion practice, diligently combs through discovery, and expertly assists in trial preparation and support. He is consistently educating himself on the ever-changing medical field, implementing his vast knowledge to deeply understand each case and look at it from the clients’ perspective.

With nearly two decades of experience, Edward combines the knowledge he gained from working at prominent medical malpractice and general liability firms, clerking for the United States Marshal’s Service and working as a congressional intern for Senator Alfonse D’Amato to forge positive relationships with colleagues, clients and co-counsel alike allowing for complex cases to be handled confidently and smoothly.

Edward meticulously navigates each stage of the litigation process and his efforts, experience, knowledge and skills combine to provide his clients with an all-encompassing defense. He has received numerous positive outcomes for his clients, one most notably where he successfully moved for the defendant hospital in a case where claims were brought that the hospital and co-defendants were negligent in the prenatal care and delivery of a baby, resulting in neurologic deficits.
