August is Completed with Another Win by Ed Kim

Due to the exemplary litigation and writing skills of Ed Kim, in August he was able to have both our individually named physician as well as the facility dismissed from the case on summary judgment. The Justice deciding the case concluded that the expert affidavit submitted on behalf of our clients demonstrated prima facie entitlement to summary judgment.
