Another Case Kicked by SACS Writing Skills

Please join us in congratulating Erin Stalzer on her impressive summary judgment win.  We had the privilege of representing an accomplished vascular surgeon as well as his practice in a case involved an alleged one year delay in diagnosing breast cancer which resulted in the need for a bilateral mastectomy, breast reconstruction, and chemotherapy. Through extensive work up of the case, communication with our client, and procurement of outstanding  experts, Erin was able to craft a defense that primed the case for summary judgment. The strength of Erin’s motion papers resulted in the plaintiff permitting our motion to be submitted to the Court unopposed leading to an automatic victory.
