Timothy Gallagher

Clients can depend on Tim Gallagher to skillfully manage challenging legal issues and provide valuable counsel throughout the litigation process, with an emphasis of motion practice. Tim draws upon his past experiences, which include working at firms that handled employment law, medical malpractice, insurance defense, premises liability, and legal malpractice. He would formulate detailed, persuasive appellate arguments. His intense attention to detail materializes in comprehensively written motions and diligent damages evaluations.

Tim was a member of the Executive Director of St. John’s Moot Court team, for which he came in first place in a competition. Following graduation, he was an alumni coach of the moot court team for two years.  

Tim zealously works to obtain the best possible resolution for each individual he represents, seen most notably in the courts granting multiple of his pre-answer motions to dismiss in the legal malpractice cases and his successful motions for summary judgment in the medical malpractice cases he has handled.
