Nicholas Spratt

Nicholas Spratt ardently advocates on behalf of individual and institutional healthcare providers, shaping well-thought out defense strategies geared towards each client’s desired outcome. Confident and caring, Nicholas thoughtfully meets with clients and experts, putting them at ease as he guides them through the litigation process.

Nicholas painstakingly reviews medical records, expertly conducts depositions, and skillfully represents his clients in court, together fashioning competent and thoughtful legal defenses. Passionate and hardworking, Nicholas devotes 100 percent of his time to obtaining the best possible outcome for each professional and facility, creating opening lines of communication in the process that make him constantly available to handle individual needs as they arise.

Nicholas began his career as a junior associate at a Long Island defense firm handling medical malpractice and general liability cases, and later joined a second firm where he focused strictly on medical malpractice matters, before joining Shaub, Ahmuty, Citrin & Spratt in 2019. His considerable experience allowed Nicholas to develop a thorough understanding of both the medical field and the legal processes that are the backbones of each case.

His respect for the medical field and admiration for the professionals within it drives his work, leading him to obtain multiple successful outcomes for his clients. Most notably, Nicholas assisted on two trials where defense verdicts were returned for the esteemed professionals he represented.
