Mark Khavkin expertly guides hospitals and physicians through all aspects of litigation. Mark has extensive experience in medical malpractice litigation, working for a prominent medical malpractice firm for over 15 years before finding his home at Shaub, Ahmuty, Citrin & Spratt. He also taught a Dale Carnegie Public Speaking Course for multiple semesters, allowing Mark to fine-tune his communication and oral argument skills. 

With a proven track record of success, clients depend on Mark to strategically shape complex, high-stakes cases and to meet or exceed their service expectations. Mark’s passion and expertise has led him to be granted numerous motions on behalf of the hospitals and physicians he represents — most notably being granted three summary judgment motions in two months.
