Overview

Insurance carriers depend on Kevin Kelleher to adeptly tackle complex legal issues, allowing him to provide valuable legal counsel. Kevin expertly crafts appellate briefs and summary judgment motions and meticulously combs through records and expert reports. His determination and incomparable work ethic allows him to create strong, individualized appellate strategies.

Kevin utilizes his past experiences to develop his practice. Prior to joining Shaub, Ahmuty, Citrin & Spratt, LLP as an intern in 2022, he interned with Hon. Michael Aloise in Supreme Court, Queens County. He also worked as a legal extern at a firm handling commercial, employment and corporate law matters as well as at a firm that focused on employment litigation.

Additionally, while in law school Kevin was a member of the Sports Law Society, Employment & Labor Law Student Association, and the Media, Entertainment, Fashion Law Association. He also was a Constitutional Law Teacher Assistant and participated on the Dispute Resolution Society team where he competed and placed second in the regional ABA National Arbitration Competition, advancing him to the national competition, and later coached a team.
