Brian projects a balance of diligence, judgment, perseverance, creativity and charm that helps form comfortable relationships that instill confidence in the care providers, insurance carriers and other clients he represents.

Brian attended New York Law School while working at Helen Keller International on grants, accounting and other activities to support blindness prevention programs around the globe, developing a diverse background cemented in caring for each professional he works with. Prior to joining Shaub, Ahmuty, Citrin & Spratt in 2009, he also worked at a distinguished malpractice firm in Manhattan. Brian uses his versatile professional experiences to efficiently handle legal issues.

Brian has more than two decades of experience litigating multifaceted cases with concerned clients embroiled in complex litigation. Always generous with his time, he is keen to lend an ear or explain the finer points of the law to young attorneys. Brian was a judge for the Hofstra/Northwell National Medical-Legal Trial Competition.

Brian prides himself on working towards a just resolution for each client and they benefit from his passion, expertise and long-standing relationships fostered throughout his professional career.
