Overview
Rachel S. Eisner is dedicated to delivering thoughtful, client-focused representation to healthcare providers, hospital representatives, and insurance carriers. Her diverse background — spanning public service, trial advocacy, and legal research — enables her to approach each case with strategic insight and care.
Before joining SACS, Rachel served as an Assistant District Attorney with the Kings County District Attorney’s Office, where she drafted motions and pleadings and appeared in court for various proceedings. She also gained valuable litigation experience through her internships at the Westchester County District Attorney’s Office, the Pace Women’s Justice Center, and Brooklyn Legal Services, developing a nuanced understanding of the law and its real-world impact.
At Fordham University School of Law, Rachel was a member of the Fordham Journal of Corporate & Financial Law and participated in the Immigrant Rights Clinic, where she represented a client in Immigration Court, prepared evidence and witness testimony, and conducted legal research.
