Jeffrey Schnaars Obtains Order of Summary Judgment 

In October 2019 Jeffrey Schnaars obtained an order of summary judgment on behalf of both our defendant Obstetrician and Hospital in Kings County.  The case involved claims of a failure to properly perform a circumcision, resulting in the need for lysis of adhesions and eventually revision surgery.  J. Edwards agreed with the defendant’s expert in OB/GYN that the defendant exercised appropriate judgment and the outcome was a known risk of the procedure, and  dismissed the action.
