Craig Bienstock Obtains Defense Verdict On Factually Challenging Case in the Bronx

In December 2018 Craig Bienstock obtained a defense verdict in Bronx County in a case involving allegations of a failure to prevent and then treat decubitus ulcer formation in a 52-year-old ultimately causing amputation of the right lower extremity, sepsis, and death.  We argued the already seriously ill plaintiff was admitted with ulcers and nothing the staff did or did not do, supported by documentation, caused the unfortunate outcome.
