Ending the Year with Yet Another Trial Win!

Senior Partner, William Spratt, Esq., and Associate, Dominique Chin, successfully obtained a defense verdict in Supreme Court, Nassau County on behalf of a neurosurgeon in a case involving the alleged misplacement of pedicle screws during plaintiff’s spinal surgery. Following a hard-fought case spanning almost two weeks, the jury ultimately returned a verdict in less than an hour and found that none of the defendants departed from good and accepted practice.
