Overview

Taylor Klein is a detail-oriented litigator with a strong foundation in medical malpractice and civil litigation. At Shaub, Ahmuty, Citrin & Spratt LLP, she supports healthcare providers and institutions throughout the litigation process, drawing on a diverse background in trial advocacy, judicial insight, and client services. She is committed to defending physicians, hospitals, and their insurance carriers with strategic, result-driven advocacy tailored to the complexities of medical liability claims. 

During law school, Taylor served as the Editor of the New York Real Property Law Journal and as both a transfer and 1L mentor, welcoming new students to St. John’s University School of Law with compassion and civility. She was an avid member of the Women’s Law Society and completed various medical malpractice and legal intern and externships.  

After law school, Taylor received the opportunity to act as a judicial law clerk in Monmouth County Superior Court. There, she drafted judicial orders and conducted legal research across medical malpractice cases throughout the county, gaining firsthand experience in motion practice, status conferences, and trial proceedings. Before joining SACS, Taylor was an associate at a midsize Long Island firm, where she developed an advanced proficiency in medical malpractice and general liability law.  

Taylor provides thorough, client-focused representation and is committed to advocating with professionalism, empathy, and strategic precision.
