Congratulations to Shaub, Ahmuty, Citrin & Spratt, LLP senior trial partner Craig Bienstock on his latest defense verdict in the Kings County Supreme Court.   

In this matter, the plaintiff’s attorney alleged that our client failed to properly provide postoperative treatment to the then 46-year-old patient, and that, as a result thereof, was caused to suffer a femoral fracture and stroke.   

Through aggressive cross-examination of the plaintiff’s multiple expert witnesses, however, Craig was able to demonstrate that they lacked the proper training and experience to sufficiently render an opinion on the care that was central to this case, and that the patient’s injuries were unrelated to any act or omission on the part of our client.
