Summary Judgment Win in Nassau County 

We are pleased to share that our attorney Jessica George recently secured another summary judgment, this time in a medical malpractice case involving allegations of negligent diagnosis and treatment of a urinary tract infection. The plaintiff claimed the alleged negligence led to sepsis and the patient’s passing.

By leveraging expert affidavits from a board-certified internal medicine specialist and a board-certified infectious disease expert, Jessica successfully refuted the claims of liability and causation. The judge granted the defense’s motion in full.
