Jennifer Graw skillfully advises insurance carriers through the complex appellate process, meticulously drafting motions and appellate briefs that strongly advocate on behalf of each client she represents.
Jennifer draws upon her past experiences, which include interning at both a plaintiffs’ personal injury firm and an employment law firm, to formulate detailed, persuasive legal arguments. Her intense attention to detail materializes in comprehensively written motions, appellate briefs, and diligent damages evaluations.
Additionally, Jennifer interned at the United States Attorney’s Office in the Civil Division of the Eastern District of New York, the New York City Law Department in the Special Federal Litigation Division and was a judicial intern for Vera M. Scanlan in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York. During law school she was an article editor for the Journal of Law and Policy, a member of the Brooklyn Business Law Association and of Phi Delta Phi. Jennifer was also the recipient of the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Appellate Advocacy during law school.
Jennifer zealously works to obtain the best possible resolution for each individual she represents, seen most notably in a number of successful trial motions that she drafted and a favorable settlement she assisted in obtaining for her client while at the New York City Law Department.
