Prior to joining Shaub, Ahmuty, Citrin & Spratt, LLP in October 2020, Ethan fostered and developed his ability to analyze and defend complex civil cases at a neighboring regional mid-size law firm that specializes in defending medical malpractice and general negligence matters.
During law school, Ethan was the Senior Notes Editor of the Cardozo Journal of Conflict Resolution, where his Note, Independent Contractors or Employees? Why Mediation Should be Utilized by Uber and its Drivers to Solve the Mystery of How to Define Working Individuals in a Sharing Economy Business Model, was published by the Cardozo Journal of Conflict Resolution and American Journal of Mediation. He also interned at the New York State Attorney General’s Office, a boutique commercial litigation law firm, and participated in his law school’s Alternative Dispute Resolution field clinic.
Ethan excels at comprehensive legal writing, diligent research, and strategy development. He has obtained favorable verdicts in pre-trial litigation motions and has helped legal teams obtain favorable verdicts at trial with his research contributions.
