Overview

Healthcare providers, hospital representatives, and insurance carriers rely on Ian Glick to seamlessly and compassionately guide them through complex, sensitive medical malpractice cases. He vigorously works to obtain the best possible resolution for each of his clients through diligent analysis of medical records.

Prior to joining SACS in 2023 Ian spent just under a decade working at a defense firm handling medical malpractice, professional malpractice, general liability, and insurance coverage dispute cases. There he actively participated in all aspects of the litigation process including motion practice, conducting depositions, mediating cases, and appellate practice. This included winning summary judgment dismissal for in medical malpractice actions.

Ian volunteered as time keeper/bailiff at Hon. Elaine Jackson Stack Moot Court Competition held by the Nassau County Bar Association through his last firm. Additionally, he has been recognized by the Nassau County Bar Association for his prior volunteer work providing pro bono legal services for low income tenants facing eviction through Nassau/Suffolk Law Services.

His passion and dedication coupled with his extensive motion practice, detailed writing approach and meticulous legal research makes Ian a strong advocate for his clients that has led to numerous successful outcomes on their behalf.
