Through Olivia’s prior work at medical malpractice firms in New York and Florida, she has developed an extensive medical malpractice background that has allowed her to adapt to varying legal cultures, as well as diligently and expertly handle all phases of litigation.
Olivia’s interest in the health care industry initially led her to pursue a degree in nursing, which garnered her with a thorough understanding of medical terminology. This education enables her with an efficient approach to analyzing medical records and conducting skilled depositions.
While in Florida, Olivia worked as a litigation associate at a medical malpractice defense firm and as an in-house legal intern in the global operations division of Bacardi. Taking this experience to a law firm, Olivia has a thorough understanding of how client’s approach matters.
