Megan E. Verbos’ extensive history in the medical industry gives her an unparalleled perspective, allowing her to confidently guide each medical provider she represents through the complex aspects of each case.

She passionately advocates on her client’s behalf, expertly balancing being personable, approachable and persuasive. Megan masterly meshes the knowledge she gained from working hands-on as a nurse with her extensive knowledge of the legal field, offering the medical professionals she represents a well-rounded defense from a unique point of view. Since graduating The Pennsylvania State University in 2008 with her Bachelor of Science in Nursing, Megan has worked as a Registered Nurse in both the acute-critical care and long-term care settings. She currently works per diem as a staff nurse.  Megan is a licensed Registered Nurse and attorney in New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Additionally, she spent the last four years working in medical malpractice and nursing home litigation at a New York firm.

In the past, Megan was a panelist for the webinar “Immunity Afforded Manufacturers, Distributors and Users of Countermeasures with Respect to COVID-19 Claims” and participated in the CLE/CEU presentation “A Shot in the Arm: Medicolegal Review of COVID Vaccination & Beyond”.   Additionally, she frequently returns to her alma mater, Penn State, to guest lecture in nursing classes on numerous topics, including nursing negligence and medical malpractice.

Her healthcare experiences and expertise aids her in understanding medical records and conducting research for the cases she handles, as well as makes it easier to develop a rapport with the nurses and healthcare professionals she represents. Coupled with her critical thinking, organization, Megan provides a well-rounded tailored defense and passionately advocates for each individual client.
