Meghan uses her unique interest in the medical field and her psychology degree to influence her approach to medical malpractice matters. Considering becoming a doctor at a younger age, Meghan channeled this passion into her chosen field of law and her position as Vice President of Albany Law’s Healthy Law Society where she coordinated annual blood drives and numerous career panels in the field.
Prior to joining SACS Meghan worked in commercial litigation, where she represented school districts and municipalities in contract disputes and other commercial issues. In law school she interned as risk management general counsel and in a regulatory health law department, focusing mainly on the transactional side of health law, as well as participated in the school’s health law clinic.
Her passion and dedication coupled with her extensive motion practice, detailed writing approach and meticulous legal research makes Meghan a strong advocate for her clients that has led to numerous successful outcomes on their behalf.
