Insurance carriers depend on Molly Cohen to adeptly tackle complex legal issues, allowing her to provide valuable legal counsel. Her determination and incomparable work ethic allows her to create strong, individualized appellate strategies.
Molly handles all aspects of the case, expertly crafting appellate briefs and summary judgment motions and meticulously combing through records and expert reports. Her inquisitive nature allows her to craft detailed questions that allow her to garner important information for each case.
Molly utilizes her past experiences to develop her practice. She previously interned at the New Jersey Attorney General’s office, working in the appellate department of the Department of Children and Families division. Additionally, she worked at a criminal defense firm in Tallahassee, Florida and had an internship at a trust and estates based firm in Manhattan. Prior to joining Shaub, Ahmuty, Citrin and Spratt as an associate, she was a legal intern.
Molly also worked at a lobbying firm before beginning law school and during law school volunteered through the Cardozo Ambassador Program. Molly uses her knowledge from these unique experiences to influence her work, shown through her meticulous research, detailed writing, and her personal approach to each case and client.
