Physicians, medical institutions, and insurance carriers depend on Michael Gulotta to skillfully guide them through complex litigation and ardently advocate on their behalf.
Meticulous and dedicated, Michael spends the time to closely analyze records, research similar cases and review case law, pulling the information necessary to form strong, individualized defenses for each client he represents.

Prior to joining Shaub, Ahmuty, Citrin & Spratt, LLP as a summer associate in May 2019, and then as a full-time litigation associate in October 2020, Michael also interned at Hodgson Russ and at a smaller defense litigation firm specializing in insurance and personal injury defense matters. Additionally, he served as the Executive Articles Editor of the Journal of Civil Rights and Economic Development during law school.
Michael prides himself on his devotion to his clients, often going the extra mile to ensure all their needs are met. He carries this focus with him in all aspects of the litigation process as he diligently analyzes medical records, expertly drafts pleadings, and conducts in-depth analyses.
