Jack Sweeney brings a strong foundation in litigation, legal research, and client advocacy to Shaub, Ahmuty, Citrin & Spratt LLP. His diverse background enables him to approach legal matters with both analytical precision and practical understanding.

Before joining Shaub as an associate, Jack gained valuable experience as a legal intern at the New York State Division of Human Rights, where he assisted in analyzing discrimination cases, conducted legal research, and supported investigations through evidence review and drafting of legal documents. Additionally, Jack served as a legal assistant at the Civil Legal Advice and Resource Office (CLARO) in Queens, where he provided guidance to pro se debtors in Civil Court, prepared documents related to debt relief and refined his skills in client advocacy and communication.

Jack also interned with a boutique New York firm, where he worked on medical malpractice matters by conducting legal research on medical issues, drafting legal documents, and contributing to the development of trial strategy.

Jack’s dedication, strong work ethic, and thoughtful approach to complex legal issues make him a valuable addition to the firm’s team and a trusted advocate for its clients.
