Another Trial Victory in New  York County

After a hard-fought trial lasting three weeks, William Spratt and Dominique Chin were able to secure a speedy defense verdict in New York County on behalf of our defendant cardiologist. In this matter, plaintiff alleged a failure to properly diagnose and treat a rare form of pulmonary hypertension resulting in long term anticoagulant usage, shortness of breath, and other injuries. Ultimately, the jury unanimously found in favor of the defense after deliberating for less than a half hour.
